Riverstone

Last month, the very first homes in Nikko constructed by Serene Creek Homes began selling. These three to four-bedroom low-density Southern California-style homes sit close to the water in the neighborhood of Riverstone. With the convenience of Riverstone Town Center and Interstate 72 and the beauty of the Rhine River, this desirable place to live already has over three hundred residents! The remaining homes' construction is expected to be completed by September.

We've also built Riverstone Town Center, a place of shops and restaurants, next to the first section of Riverstone. Ellie Smiles Medical Clinic's very first healthcare facility is now open and accepting patients!

Riverstone will have an arterial quay along the river, linking up the collectors of the neighborhood. It will start on Nikko Blvd and end at Interstate 72, but is likely to be extended in the future when development expands.

Apex Industrial Park

Welcome to Apex Industrial Park, located west of Nikko Blvd and all the way to the river and tracks. Here, you'll find factories, specialized industries, the landfill, and, in the future, the rail yard–all surrounded by beautiful trees and nature.

Speaking of industry, let's talk about Nikko's industrial plan. Every thriving city economy needs industry. Importing, exporting, production, manufacturing–all that good stuff. The City of Nikko has a great advantage–the water. In the coming years, we will be able to build a port, allowing us to import and export goods and materials with others.

The City of Nikko will focus on four main industries: food, textiles, paper, and electronics. With that in mind, we'll have specialized industries such as offshore fishing, offshore oil drilling, inland fishing farms, livestock farms, grain farms, vegetation farms, and more.

We hope we will be able to have a thriving economy with industries and make goods less expensive for the commercial shops in our city.
