The City of Nikko was officially established in June 2025 at 7:05a. Nikko is built and managed on Cities: Skylines II, a game developed by Colossal Order and published by Paradox Interactive, released in 2023. Nikko sits in the northern hemisphere with a sunny climate. We're stopping only imagining, and starting to create the city of your and our dreams with green open spaces and be a place for you to live, work, and play.

David Hu
David Hu is the mayor of Nikko and graduated from elementary school in 2025. Being homeschooled since third grade, David is able to use his free time to learn about city building, planning, and development. He also particularly loves Japanese food, and Japan is one of his dream vacation spots. He also loves visiting his family in Taiwan and riding the Taipei Metro.
David has been a part of the City of Nikko since day one. Since June 2025, when the city was officially established, he has been working hard on city planning, development, and management, as well as setting the vision for our city. We are glad to have David serving on the Nikko City Council as Mayor and City Manager.
The City of Nikko is on its way to be the ultimate city of your dreams with over eight thousand jobs, a 0% crime success rate, accessible public transportation with over six hundred passengers daily, and professional healthcare service. The public schools has teachers that care for your child as much as their own and teach practical life skills. Beyond excited for the future of Nikko!
