Nikko Spectrum Center, located within the Nikko Spectrum District, is an outdoor shopping mall that will feature all kinds of delicious dining, shopping, and entertainment. A beautiful Giant Wheel will sit right in the center of the mall for a 360º view. Trams will loop around with stops on every other block, providing an easy and accessible way to get around for those non-walkers. Construction is expected to begin in 2040 and finish the same year.
